Sri Lankan Curry
There are many kinds of traditional Sri Lankan Curries. Usually it is served with a minimum of 3 different options. Mostly vegeterian but always with dhal.
Dhal curry is a lentil curry which is really good for the body, full of vegetarian protein, minerals, trace elements and vitamins. In combination with cereals this privides all the essential amino acids which our body can't produce.
